Sarah Brody
Executive Director
Sarah founded Mamahood in June 2022, as she was nearing the end of her own first year as a mom. Her passion for creating a space where new moms can feel seen, heard, and connected has been the driving force behind Mamahood. Sarah also has extensive background in digital marketing and growth strategy for companies of all sizes. She lives in Shaker Heights with her husband, their two girls, Sophie and Emma, and their playful pup Logan.
Kristin Betz
Events
Kristin joined the Mamahood community in 2023 following the birth of her son, Declan. She brings over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, having held roles in marketing, events, and recruitment for several distance learning universities. Kristin is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where new moms can connect, build community, and support one another through the early stages of parenthood.
Maria Carr
Legal Counsel
Maria is a business restructuring attorney at McDonald Hopkins LLC, and loves helping businesses and their leadership figure out next steps when facing financial challenges. She is also a mom to two girls - Lydia and Abigail. Maria believes Mamahood brings a critical missing piece together for new mothers and their babies when navigating one of life's biggest transitions, and Maria has been thrilled to be involved with Mamahood from the start.
Rebecca Mouser
Growth
Rebecca brings over a decade of consulting and industry experience, with a focus on customer experience and marketing strategy. She has created innovative solutions to foster growth and streamline operations for numerous companies, including several Fortune 500s. Rebecca joined Mamahood after the birth of her daughter, Eliana. She is excited to help further the community so that new moms are able to find the support and connection that she herself found through Mamahood.
